I am delighted to announce that I have established Navarro Law Consultancy Ltd, a platform for supporting the needs of clients in the competition and regulatory space in a more flexible, agile and cost-conscious way.  Having gained over 16 years experience in antitrust teams in major UK and US law firms, it is clear that obtaining effective support in these areas is, more often than not, down to the skill, knowledge and intuition of the individual that you choose to work with.  Having been acknowledged for my “strong experience in both competition and regulatory law” and my “excellent technical knowledge of a difficult regulatory landscape and unique insight” in the water sector, my aim is to work with clients to become a trusted advisor that works seamlessly with in-house teams to provide advisory and consultancy services tailored to their requirements.

I am also excited to let you know that in addition to providing consultancy services in my own right, I will also be working in collaboration with TupperS Law on an “Of Counsel” basis.  TupperS Law (www.tupperslaw.co.uk) is a boutique competition and regulatory practice that was established in 2015 by my former colleague Stephen Tupper.  In that time TupperS Law has gone from strength to strength, with notable successes on behalf businesses like Socrates Training and Phil Anslow Ltd demonstrating brilliantly that the age of the specialist micro-firm has now well and truly arrived.
